Terms of Sale

Cybseco is offered on three tiers: Free, Pro and Ultimate. Each tier unlocks a defined set of capabilities and quotas, described on the pricing page and in your workspace.

Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance. No annual interval is offered.

Applicable taxes are determined at checkout by our payment provider from the billing country and, for a business, the VAT number you provide. The amounts shown on the pricing page are exclusive of any such tax; the total due is displayed before you confirm payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You cancel from the billing portal, reachable from your workspace, and no separate cancellation is performed on our side.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, not on the day you ask for it. You keep the paid plan, and everything it includes, until that date; the subscription is not renewed afterwards and no further payment is taken. You may be asked why you are leaving. Answering is optional and it changes nothing about the cancellation or about your access.

Trials are arranged individually on request and are not purchased online. A trial does not convert into a paid subscription by itself: no payment method is taken and no charge is made. To continue on a paid plan after a trial, you subscribe from your workspace.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Contact support for billing questions.

You can change plan yourself from the billing portal. Two different things then happen at two different times, and it is worth being precise about which is which.

The plan itself changes straight away: the capabilities and quotas available to you become those of the new plan as soon as the change is recorded. On a move to a smaller plan, that means the capabilities of the smaller plan apply immediately.

The price changes at the next billing period. No proration is calculated, no additional charge is raised and no credit is issued for the period in progress: the period you have already paid for is billed at the price you paid, and the new price applies from the following one.

The free Starter plan is offered at no monetary cost. In consideration, anonymized analysis data is collected to improve the Cybseco security models, and this collection cannot be disabled on the free plan. Paid plans (Pro and Ultimate) can disable the massive collection per organization and per scan. See the Privacy and Data policy for details.
